This past Friday's hot date was to my local library's book sale! Exciting, I know!! My sweet hubby and kids drove me and waited for me while I searched high and low for Five in a Row titles. Probably the last 3 out of 4 book sales I have found at least one book to add to our collection.
And Friday was no different. Check out my goods!!
After I got home, I googled book sales in the area to see if there were any other sales going on this weekend and sure enough there was.... And so Saturday's family event was taking me to yet another book sale! For $3.00 I got:
Ferdinand
Peter Rabbit Tales
The Little Red Lighthouse and the Great Gray Bridge
Harold and the Purple Crayon
Paul Revere's Ride
Owl Moon
Pioneers of Flight (looks like a great go-along for The Glorious Flight)
The Yangtze ( go-along for The Story about Ping)
Meet the Babars (not pictured: go-along for To Duet or Not to Duet)
Mind you, they aren't new... they have been well-loved, but for $3.00 you can't go wrong!
If it hasn't been claimed I would love to have it! We're getting ready to start rowing in the fall. knmcintyre@hotmail.com

DeleteI love book sales too (books are the one thing I rarely say no to when my kids ask me to buy them). All that for $3? You scored!
ReplyDeleteYES! Only $3 : ) Looking forward to more book sales... I know, a little obsessed about them : )
